The Consumer Complaints Council (CCC) viewed the TVC which shows female models posing in Bras and Panties. The CCC did not consider this advertisement to be objectionable. In the context of the advertisement promoting female innerwear, the CCC concluded that the advertisement does not appear to be vulgar nor is it likely to cause grave and widespread offence. The TVC is not in contravention of Chapter II of the ASCI Code. This complaint was NOT UPHELD.
