Claim, "Say Goodbye to Painful Rashes”, was not substantiated with clinical evidence or with clinical third party test reports for product efficacy to prove the product's efficacy in reducing or preventing painful rashes as claimed. The source and date for the claim is not indicated in the advertisement. The claim is misleading by exaggeration and is likely to lead to widespread disappointment in the minds of consumers. This advertisement is in contravention of Chapter I, Clauses 1.1, 1.2, 1.4 and 1.5 of the ASCI Code. The Complaint was UPHELD.
