The claims are misleading by exaggeration and are likely to lead to widespread disappointment in the minds of consumers.

The before-and-after visual of hair growth on baby’s head creates the impression that application of the advertiser’s product results in growth of hair on baby’s head within 2 months. This visual depiction is misleading in the absence of substantiation.

This advertisement is in contravention of Chapter I, Clauses 1.1, 1.4 and 1.5 of the ASCI Code. The Complaint was Upheld.
