was not substantiated with clinical evidence or with clinical third party test reports for product efficacy to prove that the product provides the claimed benefits when when used as directed i.e., four sprays of `Nutrispray Anti Age' sprayed under the tongue
Claim, "ये तभी काम करते हैं जब इसके 4 स्प्रेज़ टंग (tongue) के नीचे लो, और तभी ये 5X फास्टर अब्सॉर्ब होते हैं” was not substantiated with comparative clinical test reports conducted through an independent third-party laboratory to prove that the product absorbs 5X (5 times) faster. The claim is misleading by omission to mention the basis of comparison.
The claims are likely to lead to widespread disappointment in the minds of consumers.
The before-and-after visuals in the advertisement showing faster absorption is misleading in the absence of substantiation.

For the objection raised against the use of the Celebrity (Shilpa Shetty) in the advertisement, the advertiser did not provide any evidence to show that the celebrity had done due diligence prior to endorsement of the product, to ensure that all descriptions, claims and comparisons made in the advertisement are capable of substantiation.
