Claim, “Your Skin, But 7 Years Younger, Bring Back Youthful Skin", was not substantiated with clinical evidence or with clinical third-party test reports for product efficacy to prove that the product makes skin 7 years younger and gives youthful skin, as claimed. The claim is misleading by exaggeration and is likely to lead to widespread disappointment in the minds of consumers.

The before and after visual, seen in conjunction with the claims, imply that the product can make the skin youthful and younger by 7 years. This visual is misleading in the absence of substantiation.

This advertisement is in contravention of Chapter I, Clauses 1.1, 1.4 and 1.5 of the ASCI Code, and ASCI Guidelines on Advertising of Foods & Beverages (F&B). The complaint was Upheld.
