Claims, “गंजापन अब जड़ से खत्म! (Eliminate baldness from the roots now!)” and “नए बालों की ग्रोथ बढ़ाए (Increases new hair growth)", were not substantiated with clinical evidence or with clinical third-party test reports for product efficacy to prove that the product eliminates baldness from the roots of hair and increases new hair growth as claimed. The claims are misleading by exaggeration and are likely to lead to widespread disappointment in the minds of consumers.

The before and after visual hair transformation, seen in conjunction with the claims, implies that the product provides a guaranteed cure for baldness and restores hair at the root level. This visual depiction is misleading in the absence of substantiation.

This advertisement is in contravention of Chapter I, Clauses 1.1, 1.4 and 1.5 of the ASCI Code, and ASCI Guidelines on Advertising of Foods & Beverages (F&B). The complaint was Upheld.
