In the absence of a written response along with documents for substantiation on or before the prescribed due date, the ASCI Secretariat considered this complaint exparte. Claims, “The One builder to get the highest number of awards, appreciations and ratings”, and ”#No.1 # Skyline”, were not substantiated with verifiable comparative data of the advertiser's real estate company versus other similar real estate companies to prove that they are only one to receive higher number of awards, appreciations, and ratings in comparison to others, and that they are in leadership position (# No.1). Claims, "One Builder gives homes the Best Addresses in Kerala”, and ”Most Trusted Builder in Kerala”, were not substantiated with verifiable comparative data of the advertiser's real estate company versus other similar real estate companies in Kerala to prove that they are the only one to provide the best addresses for homes in Kerala, and that they are more trusted than all the other builders. The claims were not backed by an independent third party validation. The claims are misleading by exaggeration This advertisement is in contravention of Chapter I, 1.1, and 1.4 of the ASCI Code. This complaint was UPHELD by Secretariat.
