Claims, "Natural Sugar Regulator with Gymnemag-D", "Control sugar naturally", were not substantiated with clinical evidence of product efficacy or any clinical test reports/ third party reports for product efficacy to prove that the product is a natural sugar regulator and controls sugar naturally. Claim, "Feedback from the customer - Last 10 yrs I have been suffering from Diabetic problem. Sugar level 200 above pasting level. I used your product for one month and excellent result. Saturday I checked my sugar level and I could not believe it. FBS 70 and PPBS 151…”, were not substantiated with clinical evidence of product efficacy, to prove that the product gave excellent result in one month. The claims are misleading by exaggeration and are likely to lead to widespread disappointment in the minds of consumers This advertisement is in contravention of Chapter I, 1.1, 1.4 and 1.5 of the ASCI Code. This complaint was UPHELD by Secretariat.
