In the absence of a written response along with documents for substantiation on or before the prescribed due date, the ASCI Secretariat considered this complaint exparte. Claim, “Most nutritious complete food”, was not substantiated with verifiable comparative data of the advertiser's food products versus other similar food products to prove that their food products are more nutritious than all the rest. The claim was not backed by an independent third party validation. The claim is misleading by exaggeration. This advertisement is in contravention of Chapter I, 1.1 and 1.4 of the ASCI Code. This complaint was UPHELD by Secretariat.
