The ASCI had approached yourselves for your response in addressing the objection raised in the complaint. You were offered an option to seek Informal Resolution (IR) of the complaint by modifying or withdrawing the claim objected to in the advertisement, or alternately to substantiate the claim with the required supporting data. In the absence of a written response along with documents for substantiation on or before the prescribed due date, the ASCI Secretariat considered this complaint exparte. "The Instagram advertisement is a sponsorship advertisement as the Football club have collaborated with the Dream 11 team. The Instagram post is not an advertisement for Dream11, as the Dream 11 gaming products / services are not being promoted in the advertisement. It merely states a collaboration between Dream11 and Hyderabad Football club". This advertisement is not in contravention of the ASCI Code, and ASCI Guidelines for Online Gaming for Real Money Winnings. This complaint was NOT UPHELD by Secretariat
