The CCC discussed that the image used is relevant to the nature of the product being advertised and does not appear to be indecent. It was noted that the advertisement does not feature any inappropriate exposure. The CCC did not find the advertisement to be objectionable, and concluded that the advertisement is not in contravention of Chapter II of the ASCI Code. This complaint was NOT UPHELD.
