Claims, “Choose Mylo Diaper Pants for 12 hours of leak-proof comfort, 360° absorption, and aloe vera rash protection” were not substantiated with clinical evidence or with clinical third-party test reports for product efficacy to prove that the product gives leak-proof comfort for 12 hours and provides 360° absorption, as claimed. The claims are misleading by exaggeration and are likely to lead to widespread disappointment in the minds of consumers.

Claim, " 2X Faster Absorption Speed” was not substantiated with comparative clinical test reports conducted through an independent third-party laboratory to prove that the product provides 2X(two times) faster absorption speed as claimed. The claim is misleading by omission to mention the basis of comparison. The claim is likely to lead to widespread disappointment in the minds of consumers.
