The claims are misleading by exaggeration and are likely to lead to widespread disappointment in the minds of consumers.

The before and after visual depiction of a woman with significant belly fat transforming into a lean, toned physique, seen in conjunction with the claim “12 हफ़्ते में मोटापा ख़त्म!” (Eliminate obesity in 12 weeks!)”, imply that the product results in extreme weight loss and body reshaping within 12 weeks without need for exercise. This visual depiction is misleading in the absence of substantiation supporting the specific results shown.

This advertisement is in contravention of Chapter I, Clauses 1.1, 1.4 and 1.5 of the ASCI Code, and ASCI Guidelines on Advertising of Foods & Beverages (F&B). The complaint was Upheld.
